“Do you work with adults?”
It’s one of the questions I’m asked most often.
The answer is absolutely.
While many of my social media posts feature children’s activities, a large part of my week is spent sitting alongside adults as they navigate some of life’s hardest moments.
Sometimes it’s anxiety that has quietly become overwhelming.
Sometimes it’s relationship breakdowns, separation or co-parenting challenges.
Sometimes it’s trauma, grief, burnout, ADHD, autism, parenting struggles or simply feeling like you’ve lost yourself.
There isn’t always paint, games or craft.
Sometimes it’s just two chairs, a cup of tea, and someone who genuinely listens without judgement.
Together we make sense of what’s happening, understand why your mind and body are responding the way they are, and build practical strategies to help you move forward.
You don’t need to be in crisis to ask for support.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is say…
“I don’t want to keep doing this on my own.”
If that sounds like you—or someone you care about—I’d love to help.

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen with a paintbrush. 🎨💗
Today's sibling session wasn't about creating the "perfect" artwork—it was about creating connection.
Each sister painted a canvas for the other, choosing colours they thought their sibling would love. Along the way we explored:
✨ Kindness
✨ Taking turns
✨ Listening to each other's ideas
✨ Accepting differences
✨ Working together
✨ Celebrating what makes each other special
One child found the freedom of an activity without rules quite challenging, providing a wonderful opportunity to practise flexible thinking. The other recognised she was becoming overwhelmed, independently chose a sensory strategy to regulate, and returned ready to continue. Both finished the session feeling proud of what they had created—not just on the canvas, but in their relationship.
Play and creativity allow children to practise emotional regulation, communication and problem-solving in ways that feel safe, engaging and meaningful.
These paintings will now head home as a reminder that even siblings who argue can also be teammates. 💕

Who decided this was “normal”?
Working all day…
Smiling when people ask if you’re okay…
Saying “I’m fine.”
Going home exhausted.
Lying awake replaying every conversation.
Feeling like you’re not good enough.
Keeping it all to yourself.
Somewhere along the way, we’ve started calling that “normal.”
But just because something is common doesn’t mean you have to live with it.
Imagine if “normal” looked like this instead…
✨ Feeling heard.
✨ Understanding why you feel the way you do.
✨ Having practical strategies that actually help.
✨ Believing you’re enough.
✨ Looking forward to tomorrow instead of just getting through today.
That’s what therapy can help build.
If you’ve been thinking about reaching out, maybe this is your sign.
