Morning tea Rose myrtle scones, strawberry gum jam and red dessert wattle seed cream.

Then to follow a lunch pack:

* Ham and cheese pinwheel wrap with our special lemon scented tea tree cheese sauce.
* Bush Peri Peri chicken,lettuce and cheese roll
* Lemon Myrtle, mountain pepper, aniseed myrtle and salt bush infused potato, ham and egg salad
* Chop salad with native river mint and round leaf mint dressing.
* and a few witchetty grub lollies as a surprise.

From foraging mushrooms to picking Atherton Raspberries. Love what nature gives.

Atherton Raspberries - Rubus probus, has a slight tart flavour picked, like a raspberry but when cooked it really sweetens up. Originating in the Atherton Table lands,

I have a few plants for sale. Some are doubles and some tripples. Grow them in a deep high sided garden bed to contain the runners, or in an old bath tub. $20 a pot, with just in best dressed get the multiple plant pots.
