Born with multiple disabilities, Marie has spent her life turning personal challenges into powerful change for others. Through her initiative, Made By Cool Marie, she has handcrafted her way to donating over $16,000 to the Sydney Children's Hospitals and has raised thousands more for other vital causes.
But her impact doesn't stop there. As a dedicated volunteer and advocate, Marie embodies the no-nonsense, practical compassion that defined Fred Hollows himself.
Now, she's been named a national finalist for The Fred Hollows Foundation "The Fred Award" and she needs your vote!
