A few weeks ago three of my Hoofprints students one being my daughter Bryanna on Q went to an open gymkhana participating in hacking, dressage, jumping and novelties.

I am extremely proud of all three girls placing and coming home with an array of ribbons, the two younger girls out did themselves and come home with 1st and 2nd in their rider class between them and also bringing home champion and reserve champion rider for their age group 🐴❤️

It’s been a long wait, but I’m really happy to say I’m finally getting back on my feet more and more.
�That being said, this term I’ll be taking things slow — starting with a limited number of spots and gradually building back up from there.!
�I also want to be upfront that I won’t be as active in the arena as I used to be just yet. I’m still working hard on my rehab, so sessions may look a little different while I adjust and manage my ankles.
�There is absolutely no pressure from me to pick up lessons again especially with the cost of fuel and living. I will do my best to accommodate those who wish to return.

I’ve been a little quiet here.
SORRY!!

I’ve been working hard to get back on my feet. I’m now nearly three weeks out of all casts and moon boots and rehabbing my ankle so I can get back in the arena again. 🤞🏽

What we thought was something simple has ended up being much more!

Thursday the 11th I ended up having surgery to reattach a ligament in my ankle which unfortunately means I will be out of action a lot longer than we all hoped.
With a bit of recovery and rehab I will hopefully be back by term two 🤞🏽 I will keep you all updated as time goes on as I know more.

For now my view of the ponies is ringside 🐴
