✏️ Quick Writes in Dirram Yani! 🌼🍄

Our students took their learning outdoors today, using the colourful sights of Dirram Yani as inspiration for their Quick Writes.

There was plenty of observing, wondering and creative thinking as students captured their ideas on paper. What a wonderful way to bring writing to life in one of our beautiful school spaces! 📝✨

💛 R U OK? Day – Friday 18 September 💛

💛 Encourage action
💛 Check in

Year 5 and 6 students: Please remember to pack your sports shirts for interschool sport.

💙 Happy Father’s Day from West End State School! 💙

Today we celebrate the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, carers, role models and all the special people who provide love, guidance, encouragement and support in the lives of our students.

Families come in many different forms, and today is an opportunity to recognise and appreciate those who help our young people feel safe, supported and loved. 💙

Wishing our wonderful West End State School community a very special Father’s Day. 💙
