Easter Week Celebration 🐣🌸✨
This week was full of joy, creativity, and festive celebrations for our little learners! The children were actively engaged in a variety of Easter-themed activities that brought lots of smiles and excitement.
We began with a fun and creative activity where the kids made adorable chicks using potato painting 🐥🎨. It was wonderful to see their imagination come alive as they explored colours and shapes. The children also enjoyed decorating eggs, adding their own unique touch and creativity to each one.
The highlight of the week was our VIP picnic at a nearby park 🌳🧺. The children had a fantastic time enjoying the fresh air, playing together, and participating in both Eid and Easter activities, promoting inclusiveness and cultural awareness.
We all enjoyed some yummy treats 🍪🍎, and the most exciting part of the day was the Easter egg hunt 🥚✨. The children were thrilled as they searched for hidden eggs with great enthusiasm—it truly was the best and most joyful moment of the picnic!

Today our little learners had so much fun exploring autumn activities 🍂✨
We started by painting beautiful colours on paper, using warm autumn shades like red, yellow, and orange. Once the paint dried, the children carefully cut out their own colourful autumn leaves and pasted them to create lovely artwork.
To add more excitement, we also did apple fork painting 🍎🎨 — the kids really enjoyed using forks to create unique patterns and textures, turning simple apples into creative masterpieces!
It was a wonderful day full of creativity, fine motor skill development, and hands-on learning. So proud of all the children for their enthusiasm and beautiful creations 💛

🇮🇳 Happy Independence Day! 🇮🇳

Today, our little stars celebrated the spirit of freedom and patriotism by creating their very own Indian flags with love and creativity. 🌟🎨

It was heartwarming to see their excitement as they carefully chose the colors – saffron for courage, white for peace, and green for prosperity – and proudly crafted the Tiranga. 🧡🤍💚

Through this activity, they not only enjoyed art and craft but also learned about the meaning behind our national flag and the importance of this special day in India’s history. 📚✨

Let’s nurture these young minds to cherish our values of unity, respect, and love for the nation – wherever in the world we may be. ❤️

Science Experiments – Fortnightly Focus
Over the past fortnight, our learning focus was on exciting science experiments, and the children absolutely loved every moment of it! These hands-on activities sparked their curiosity and encouraged them to ask questions, observe changes, and learn through play.

Our first experiment was the Walking Water Experiment. The children watched with great excitement as colored water slowly traveled from one cup to another through folded paper towels. They patiently observed the changes, showing great focus and wonder. As the colors began to mix and move on their own, their faces lit up with amazement, and many of them eagerly shared what they thought was happening.

Next, we conducted the M&M Experiment. The children placed colorful M&M candies on a plate and added water. They were fascinated to see how the colors dissolved and created beautiful rainbow-like patterns. This simple yet magical experiment helped them understand how color and sugar dissolve in water, sparking conversations about reactions and color mixing.

These science activities were not only fun but also encouraged problem-solving, observation skills, and early scientific thinking. We look forward to exploring more experiments in the coming weeks!

International Yoga Day – 21st June 2025
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, celebrated on 21st June 2025, our children actively participated in various yoga activities. Through these sessions, they learnt the importance of yoga in everyday life. The children discovered how yoga helps keep the body healthy, relaxes the mind, and improves concentration.

They were excited to explore and practice different yoga poses, some of which were new to them. With curiosity and enthusiasm, they followed instructions, stretched their bodies, and enjoyed the calmness that yoga brings. It was a beautiful experience that encouraged mindfulness, flexibility, and physical well-being in a fun and engaging way.

World Ocean Day at Our Day Care 🐠

This week, we extended our learning from keeping our land clean to understanding how to keep our oceans clean too! 💙

The children learnt that when we don’t keep our beaches clean and throw rubbish here and there, it can end up in the sea — harming sea creatures like turtles, fish, and dolphins. 🐢🐟

To help them understand better, we did a practical setup where children saw what happens when rubbish is left on the beach and how it can affect ocean life. It was a hands-on way to learn how our small actions can make a big difference. 🌍🧼

Our little ones are now more aware and eager to protect both land and sea! 💚💦

World Environment Day at Our Day Care 🌱

From last week to this week, our little eco-warriors have been learning all about how to care for our beautiful Earth! 💚

We’ve been having thoughtful discussions about simple ways we can help the environment — like saving water, using solar energy, reducing waste, reusing and recycling, and the importance of saving trees. 🌿💧🌞

To bring these ideas to life, the children took part in a fun and creative art and craft activity, where they made their own Earth models using recycled materials. They proudly expressed their love for the planet through their artwork! 🎨🌍

Together, we are raising kind and responsible children who understand the value of protecting our planet. Let’s all continue these small actions every day! 🌼♻️
