With the OT Exchange coming up next month in Perth, I thought I would share a recent blog post about how to make the most of attending conferences.

The start of a new month is a great time to set a new CPD intention.

Do you need to get clear on what your knowledge or skill gaps are?
Do you need to register for that workshop you want to attend?
Or do you need to protect some time to record your reflections from the last webinar you attended?

My tip, keep your intention S.M.A.R.T. so you can build on your sense of success.

The 1st of December is the beginning of the new AHPRA cycle for OTs here in Australia. Although you might feel too busy to complete any CPD, you could set aside just 30 minutes to do some planning for 2024.
