What a wonderful way to finish our parent information session on understanding school reports! ππ‘π
After parents learned more about how to read and interpret their child's report, our Foundation students took to the stage to share a special song. The Foundies were absolutely bursting with excitement and pride as they performed for their families, showcasing their confidence, enthusiasm and joy for learning.
Thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for the session and supported our little performers. We are so proud of our Foundation students! πΆβ¨

ππ€ Buddy Reading in Action! π€π
Our Year 5 students have been wonderful reading mentors as they worked alongside their Foundation buddies today. Together, they shared stories, explored characters and ideas, and then supported their younger buddies to create their own writing inspired by the books they read.
It is wonderful to see the connections, confidence, and love of learning growing through these special buddy sessions. ππβοΈ

π Wellbeing at Corpus π
Building positive habits takes practice, reflection, and consistency.
As part of our TRP program, students are using their Habit Trackers to set goals, monitor their progress, and celebrate the small steps that lead to positive change.
Together, we can help our students develop healthy habits that support their wellbeing, learning, and growth. π±β¨

βοΈ Happy Feast Day, Corpus Christi! βοΈ
Today, as we celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi, we give thanks for the gift of the Eucharist and the special patronage that inspires our school community.
Corpus Christi, meaning "Body of Christ", reminds us of Jesus' presence among us and calls us to live with faith, compassion, kindness and service to others.
As a school community, we celebrate the values that unite us and reflect on how we can be the hands and heart of Christ in our daily lives. May this special feast day strengthen our sense of belonging, deepen our faith and inspire us to share God's love with those around us.
Wishing all our students, families, staff and parish community a joyful and blessed Feast of Corpus Christi.
