Mood Swing

Mood Swing has recently partnered with some fantastic young blokes at Darebin YMCA running a 12-week exercise and mental health awareness program called LIFT.

Any young guys living Northside looking to get fit for summer, get to know new people and here from various mental health professionals/organizations would be well advised to sign up now.

Sam Lloyd and I will be heading back down for another session in the coming weeks!

Mood Swing is very happy to announce that our 2017 event raised $28,000 for Su***de Prevention in Australia and local Geelong initiatives!
