Our Year 12 students took part in a dedicated Wellbeing Workshop on Wednesday, designed to support them as they prepare for their upcoming exams.
Throughout the day, students explored practical strategies for managing stress, recognising their personal strengths, and building healthy coping skills to support their physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. We were also fortunate to welcome guest presenters from Andy- Headspace and Alex-Ballarat Community Health, along with staff Lilly and Dan from The Y, who facilitated engaging creative (zine and scrapbook making) and physical (boxing) activities.
Students enjoyed a delicious morning tea and lunch, and had plenty of fun creating their own smoothies using the smoothie bike!
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to such a positive and supportive day, helping our Year 12 students feel equipped, connected and ready for the challenges ahead
