First Nations students at Forest Hill Public School have worked alongside Ronnie (Aboriginal Education Officer) to create a piece of art that tells the story of connection, belonging, and the journeys we take.
The blue background is made up of the handprints of all students, representing their place in our school community. The black handprints belong to our kindy students. The central piece represents how, no matter where we come from, our paths all come together at school.
This piece in now proudly hanging on the wall in Mr Fealy, the Principal's office.
