Mater Dei men .. State of Origin night this Wednesday.

Great opportunity for parents and community members to hear from experts around Social Media Saftey.

6pm, Thursday 21st Feb in the Mater Dei Catholic Primary School school hall.

Thanks to the Holy Trinity Primary School West Wagga and Mater Dei Catholic Primary School schools for hosting.

On Friday 22nd of February Stage Two and Three students will be undertaking safe social media usage sessions which promote positive skills, attitudes, and behaviours for online interactions.
Accompany these student sessions will be a parent information session on 6pm Thursday 21st February at Mater Dei Primary (Alternatively there will be a session held at Henschkie Primary School Hall—Wednesday 20th February). We highly recommend you attend one of these sessions as they will provide informative and practical information regarding the most popular social media apps being used (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, musical.ly, Snapchat, Roblox, Minecraft, Clash of Clans/Clash Royale, Online Gaming) - what they are, how they work, security and privacy tips for safe online usage.

Reminder: Special General Meeting:

The MDP P&F Association is holding a special general meeting on Wednesday (tomorrow night), 22nd August 2018.

All parents and friends are invited to attend the meeting, to be held in the staff room at 6:30pm.

Due to lack of RSVP's (less than 10), we are canceling the State of Origin night for the MDP men this year. We will do it again next year. Hopefully Game 2 is back to a Wednesday night.

Go the Blues!!!

Book in a Blue Rinse on the 11th July. The men of Mater Dei Primary are invited to the Farmers Home to watch the third State of Origin Game. Come watch the Blues finish the job and meet some other men within our community. Please message Tim Cooper on 0427711338 if you are coming for catering purposes.

P&F Meeting this Wednesday. 6:30pm in the staff room. On the agenda so far is 2018 fete planning, parent forums and a discussion around a required change to the operation of the P&F. Everyone welcome to attend.

Save the date for the Mater Dei Catholic Primary School CommonHEALTHGames. The last Friday of the term will focus on student wellbeing and all aspects of health: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.

Quick update - tonight's meeting will be in the Library at 6:30pm so that everyone can see the new building design. Everyone welcomed to attend.
