Akira Aikido sadly farewells Glenn as he was a very dedicated and well loved student at our club. We hope you and your family enjoy your new pastures up north and continue your training journey with Aikido.

Aikido is not about force - power comes from good technique, and good technique does not require strength. One of the hardest challenges in Aikido is learning to train without relying on physical strength - which is the reason why women often pick up Aikido faster than men!
