Another Subclass 190 Visa Granted – Early Childhood (Pre-Primary School) Teacher!

A huge congratulations to our client, an Early Childhood (Pre-Primary School) Teacher on receiving their State-Nominated PR (Subclass 190) visa!

The 190 visa is a permanent visa for skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian state or territory. It allows you to live and work permanently in Australia, with access to Medicare, study opportunities, and the ability to include family members.

🖥️ Why Subclass 190?
• Direct Permanent Residency
• Processing through state nomination
• Full work rights and access to public services
• Family can be included in the application

✅ Eligibility Includes:
• A relevant occupation on the Skilled Occupation List
• Positive skills assessment
• State or territory nomination
• Sufficient points (including state points)

If you’re an Early Childhood (Pre-Primary School) Teacher or in a similar field, this could be your pathway too.

Udah punya SDUWHV dari program year sebelumnya, apakah jadi punya privilege saat WHV Indonesia masuk sistem ballot? 🇦🇺🎟️

Jawabannya: nggak.

Berdasarkan update Department of Home Affairs, pemegang SDUWHV dari program year sebelumnya tetap bisa register untuk ballot selama memenuhi eligibility.

Tapi, punya SDUWHV:

407 or 482? Understanding the key differences between Australia’s training and skilled employment visas. 🇦🇺

🎓 Subclass 407 Training Visa is primarily for structured workplace-based occupational training and professional development.

💼 Subclass 482 Skills in Demand Visa is designed for skilled employment, where an eligible Australian employer sponsors a suitably skilled worker for a genuine position.

Choosing between them isn’t simply about which visa looks easier or cheaper. The visa needs to match the genuine purpose of the arrangement, as well as the applicant, sponsor, occupation, training or employment requirements.

Swipe through to understand the key differences between the 407 and 482 visas.

💬 Comment “Difference” and we’ll send you a more detailed breakdown.

🚨 Could Australia tighten Student and Visitor Visa rules? 🇦🇺

The Albanese Government is working on broader migration reforms, with reports pointing to possible changes affecting international students, onshore visa applications and certain Visitor Visas.

Reported proposals include:
🎓 Tighter rules for onshore visa applications
📚 Greater scrutiny of course switching
🎓 Restrictions on moving from Higher Education to VET
👨‍👩‍👧 Changes affecting family members of international students
✈️ Shorter validity periods for certain Visitor Visas

⚠️ Important: These proposals are still under discussion and are not confirmed as final policy.

Don’t make changes to your visa or study plans based on headlines alone.
