Im struggling to keep my exposure in this video, please be patient with me.
Because I've lived it.
Estranged from my dad at 19.
Years of conflict, hurt, silence and not knowing how to fix it. Let alone have any tools or strategies to fix it.
I carried that pain for a long time.
The shift came when I stopped waiting for him to change — and started healing myself.
That's when everything shifted.
I wrote a whole book about it. And now I help women do the same.
I know what family pain feels like.
Because nobody should have to carry this alone. 💚
I've opened a small number of private spots for my 5-day challenge — From Family Conflict to Gutsy Love.
Just you and me. Real tools. Real shifts.

Keep Being Gutsy. Love No Matter What!
Everyone tells you to cut them off.
I remember Oprah saying this and a meme went out about it and did a viscous viral circle years ago and it seems to be a common answer for many people these days.
And maybe you've thought about it.
Maybe you've even done it.
Here's what nobody tells you — cutting them off cuts off a part of YOU too.
I'm not here to judge. I'm here to offer something different.
Gutsy Love isn't about staying silent. It's not about pretending everything's fine.
And it's absolutely not about being a doormat.
It's about healing YOUR pain — so their behaviour loses its grip on you.
That's what real freedom feels like. 💚
Watch the video and tell me — does this resonate with you?

This!
You want to truly break a generational curse? Give your children the freedom to tell you when something you are doing is hurting them, without shutting them down, getting defensive, or making them feel wrong for speaking up.
Most of us grew up in homes where children were seen and not heard. Where speaking your truth to a parent meant punishment, silence, or being told you were disrespectful. So we learned to swallow our pain, to pretend everything was fine, and we carried those wounds quietly into our adult lives. That is exactly how generational trauma gets passed down, not always through big dramatic moments, but through the small silences we forced our children to keep.
Choosing to do it differently takes real courage. It means checking your ego at the door and putting your child's emotional safety above your need to always be right. When your child feels safe enough to say "Mom, that hurt me," and you respond with love instead of defensiveness, you are rewriting the entire family story. That is not just good parenting, that is healing that will echo through every generation that comes after you.

Let me tell you what Gutsy Love is NOT. 💚
It is NOT about cutting off your family.
It is NOT about toxic positivity — just forgive and forget.
It is NOT about pretending everything is fine when it isn't.
It is NOT about being a doormat.
It is NOT about waiting for them to change before you can feel better.
And it is definitely NOT for the faint hearted. 😄
Gutsy Love is about something much harder and much more powerful than any of that.
It is about healing YOUR pain — regardless of what they do.
It is about showing up as the strongest, most loving version of yourself — even when it's hard.
It is about leading your family with guts, wisdom and love — even when they aren't doing the same.
Because here's the truth I know in my bones — cutting off is for sooky la la's. 😄💚
It's time for the Gutsy Women to rise.

💚 One of the deepest wounds in family relationships is believing you have to carry everything on your own.
Many of us were taught to be strong, independent, and self-sufficient. Yet true healing often happens when we allow ourselves to be seen, heard, and supported.
Connection is not weakness.
Asking for help is not failure.
Needing others is part of being human.
Whether you're rebuilding a relationship with an adult child, healing from estrangement, or learning to trust again, remember this:
You were never meant to walk the journey alone. 💚
Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is reach out, let someone in, and allow ourselves to receive the care we so freely give to others.
What support has made the biggest difference in your healing journey?
💚
To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness.”
—Dr. Sue Johnson 💬💚
It’s common to think that healing means isolating yourself or doing it all alone. And yes, solitude can help—for a little while. What about long-term healing? That often happens WITH others, not away from them.
Cutting yourself off from connection might feel like self-protection, but it can actually hold you back. Sometimes, it’s through others—their support, their reflections, their presence—that we truly begin to heal.
There’s power in being seen, validated, and cared for. You don’t have to do it all on your own.

💚 Most family conflict isn't caused by people not talking.
It's caused by people not feeling heard.
When someone feels truly listened to, walls begin to come down. Defensiveness softens. Understanding becomes possible.
One of the simplest and most powerful communication skills is reflecting back what you've heard before sharing your own point of view.
Not to agree.
Not to fix.
Simply to understand.
Sometimes healing begins with a sentence as simple as:
"What I'm hearing is..."
Feeling heard is one of the greatest gifts we can offer the people we love. 💚
What's one thing you wish someone had understood about your experience?
💚
Paraphrasing- repeating back to the other person what you heard them say. You might feel like a parrot and that's ok and normal. When you repeat back what you thought you heard the other person say, watch how their body language responds with gratitude and appreciation for being heard.

💚 When family relationships break down, the pain can feel overwhelming.
In those moments, it's tempting to make decisions from hurt, anger, or exhaustion. Yet the choices that create lasting peace are often the ones made with clarity, compassion, and careful reflection.
Sometimes healing means creating space.
Sometimes it means having difficult conversations.
Sometimes it means focusing on your own growth before deciding what comes next.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
What matters most is choosing the path that aligns with your values, protects your wellbeing, and supports the future you want for yourself. 💚
If you're navigating distance, estrangement, or a difficult family relationship, know that healing is possible. The journey may not be easy, and you do not have to walk it alone.
What has been the most important lesson your healing journey has taught you?
💚
There’s a difference between No-Contact and Ostracism.
No-contact is a temporary strategy—it’s meant to give both people space to cool down, heal, and hopefully reconnect. Ostracism is a more permanent approach—it means cutting someone off completely, with no intention of speaking again.
Both have their place, but most people are just winging it… basing big decisions on a meme or a random post in a group that’s anti-repair and anti-reconnection. That kind of advice can cause way more damage than you might realize.
You can take your cues from posts and memes…
Or you can choose to make an informed decision with guidance from someone who knows the path to real healing.
✨ What choice will make you feel happiest in the long run?
