A few years I go, I completed 5 libido coaching sessions with a young woman of 33 who had no interest in s*x and who also suffered from extreme, debilitating anxiety.

We started with doing the Havening Technique for trauma, anxiety and PTSD.

From there, she went from having several anxiety attacks a day, including being awake in the middle of the night for hours to having zero anxiety attacks. (In fact she has not experienced an anxiety attack since we did the trauma work).
I nicknamed her the Queen of Chill!

It was just magic witnessing her growth and evolution every single session She was a total joy to work with.

Today she said, “she never expected all the other things to happen outside maybe the libido improving. She started self play and said it blew her away as it it took it to a whole new level”.

This is how powerful our belief systems are.

I am working with a man, mid 40’s who was married to a very manipulative woman who used s*x as one of her tools to control him. He got so frustrated and angry with himself for having natural urges for intimacy and s*x that he withdrew his s*xual expression. His words to me were “I had no control of my s*xual being so I handed my power over to her, so I could switch it off and not have to be stressed about it anymore”.

Fast forward many years later and he is struggling in this area with his new wife who he loves deeply.

Last night we worked on some of his limiting beliefs, one which was “when he has s*x his body goes into overdrive and he loses control”. Currently suffering PE and ere**ile non-function and another limiting belief that appeared was that he hated se*x

Then I remembered the other one he had expressed to me many times and I said, I think we need to go there and do that one. His whole being changed - I could see the anger, the frustration and the tears and he really did not want to go there. We worked for a bit around what he was feeling and then he was ready to get rid of that belief as he knew it wasn’t serving him to his highest good.

So we went there, changed that limiting belief. At the end of our session he felt lighter and knew within his very very core that it ws done.

What limiting beliefs are holding you back? Life can be different if we choose it.
