We've updated our IDC6 Installation help file with pictures..... in addition to the text already stating that ----------you do NOT need an OTP activation code-------- if you have a current update subscription OR an existing idc6 license.

Often potential clients call asking for prices and information on a code reader. "I just want to read and clear codes"
As you can see, for efficient repairs has much more valuable information available to cut down that diagnosis time!

Suzuki outboard.
Thanks to our client for being patient and listening to our advice, searching for the reason they had no comms on this outboard.
It turns out they were connected to the trim and tilt connector, rather than the diagnostic connector of the engine (grey plug). Once connected to the proper plug they were able to resume diagnosis.
