The detailing on this building has been a great challenge for our team, particularly working through the curved geometry and ensuring the screens integrate cleanly with the architectural intent. Seeing it come together on site is always rewarding.

A big thank you to the team at Willing Build — a fantastic builder to collaborate with and a team that consistently runs a well-organised project.

The job isn’t complete yet, but it’s already looking impressive and we’re looking forward to seeing the final result.

to a Workhorse – After 37 Years of Service

Today marks the end of an era at PerfMet Engineering.

Our Amada Vipros 367 Turret Punch, a machine that has been with us for 37 years, was officially decommissioned and lifted out for the final time. This machine has punched millions of holes, produced countless projects, and played a major part in building the reputation PerfMet has today.

For nearly four decades, it helped our team deliver precision metalwork across Perth — from architectural screens and louvres to commercial fabrication and large-scale infrastructure components. It has seen multiple factory moves, dozens of operators, and thousands of hours of production… and never stopped performing.

A huge thank you to Riverside Cranes and Metal West Recycling for handling today’s removal safely and professionally.

As we continue expanding our capabilities with newer, faster and more automated technology, it’s important to recognise the tools that helped get us here.

Here’s to progress — and to the machines that built the foundation we’re growing on. 🔧💥

Ideally seeking uni graduate but not essential . Experience with excel , word and general admin duties will be prefered.
