mainly music Rhodes on Wednesdays This is a fun music group for parents/care givers to enjoy together with their child. Unfortunately we are not running any sessions in 2022.

We are associated with Cornerstone Presbyterian Church at Homebush Bay and Rhodes. Mainly Music is a ministry run by Cornerstone Presbyterian Community Church - Homebush Bay (http://cornerstonechurch.com.au/homebush-bay) and Rhodes (http://cornerstonechurch.com.au/Rhodes) for families in the local community of Rhodes and surrounding suburbs. We seek for the parents and young children to connect to

each other through music, movement and stories. We also want to connect with families in the community to share God's love with everyone. Unfortunately we are not running sessions in 2022 but you are welcome to join our sister church's playgroup - Stepping Stones Strathfield (https://www.facebook.com/steppingstonesstrathfield/)

Stepping Stones is a playgroup run by Cornerstone Presbyterian Community Church in Strathfield. We meet on Wednesdays at 10am during the school term. Please contact us before coming as we are currently fulland have a waiting list.

Only two more weeks left until Christmas! Bells are a fitting instrument to play as we learn how to play softly, loudly, slowly and quickly. We love seeing the parents and grandparents bond with their children during music time.

We pulled out the tapping sticks to learn hand eye coordination, left, right, front and back and then the very important skill of packing up!

We had a noisy and energetic time today with the full group back! We enjoyed learning about our right hand and left hand...

We had lots of elephants in our room this week! We are thankful for the parents and grandparents who dance and sing with their children so that we can all enjoy music time together!

Music time is a big part of mainly music. The purpose of it is to help the child and carer bond. The mums and Grandma did a great job with doing the actions with their child. Your child enjoys it so much better when you dance together!

We had a marvellous time meeting in person again. How wonderful it is to dance and sing about how God made and loves all the sea animals! Here we are safety jumping and using our scarves and our imagination to be dolphins in the deep deep sea.
