At Arrow, we’ve spent 30 years investing in leaders who are resilient, gospel-shaped and grounded in Christ.

The Arrow program’s reach extends far beyond the individual leader. By shaping and equipping Christian leaders, we see a meaningful, lasting impact flow through their churches, organisations, and wider communities.

This EOFY, we’re reflecting on the stories that started with Arrow… and continue to ripple out into churches, organisations, and communities across Australia.

But those stories only exist because people choose to invest in them.

Someone gave.
Someone believed in raising leaders for God’s Kingdom.

Through our EOFY appeal we’re aiming to raise $55,000 to invest in the next generation of Arrow leaders. Leaders who go on to shape churches, movements, and communities, and who, in turn, raise up others.

The daily pressure. The mental holding of people, decisions, concerns across a whole movement.

The weight of leadership is not a sign of weakness. In many ways it’s a sign of faithfulness. You carry what you carry because you care. That matters.

Carrying it indefinitely, without release, is where good leaders quietly begin to fracture. Not dramatically. The thinking gets cloudier. The inner life thins. The margin disappears. Eventually what began as faithful carrying becomes something else.

Psalm 51:17
“The offering God desires is a humble spirit. You will not reject a heart that is crushed and repentant, O God.”

Psalm 51 reminds us that God is focused on the transforming work of aligning our hearts with his. This journey of formation begins with honesty, as we bring our weaknesses before him and allow his grace to bring renewal. As Psalm 51:10 says “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”

Residential One holds a significant focus on this spiritual formation and reflection. Throughout the 12-month Arrow experience, we invite leaders to step into a posture of surrender, creating room for Jesus to lead them and shape their character from the inside out.

What is Coach Mastery?
Coach Mastery Certification is a four month program to help you develop the skill set to successfully coach yourself, individuals and teams.
