Our participants are discovering new skills, building confidence, and finding creative ways to express themselves while developing practical abilities that support greater independence. Whether it’s through art, fitness, community engagement, cooking, media, or learning new life skills, every opportunity is a chance to grow and achieve personal goals.

It’s inspiring to see participants step out of their comfort zones, try new things, and celebrate their achievements along the way. We are proud to create a space where people are empowered to learn, connect, and build skills that help them thrive both now and into the future.

It's such an honour to be able to partner with our community supporting others.

We have a generous donation of fresh foods including eggs, bread, vegetables, serials, sweets and lots more. We would love to share these with our wonderful community. A huge thank you to Oz Harvest and Four Doors Services for their wonderful donation. Please bring a bag and take what you need - we need it all gone today. They will be out prior to assembly this afternoon and if you can't make it then and you can come earlier then just pop into the office for some FREE grocery shopping.

Our participants completed an amazing 2.5km walk today, showing determination, teamwork, and a commitment to improving their health and wellbeing. Every step taken is a step towards a stronger, healthier future.

It’s inspiring to see everyone encouraging one another, building confidence, and getting stronger together. We are excited to continue this journey and celebrate each milestone along the way.

A huge thank you to Spirit Of Giving- Fundraising Hub Inc for creating opportunities for our participants to get involved, learn new skills, and make a positive contribution to the community.

Danny has been incredibly enthusiastic and eager to learn. With a passion for gardening and hands-on work, he enjoyed developing new skills in garden maintenance, including hedge trimming, weeding, and general garden clean-up.

What a beautiful opportunity collaborating with The LegUp Project to make a difference in our local community ❤️

Our participants had an amazing time preparing and packing meals to be distributed through LegUp, and it’s been so encouraging to see their passion, joy, and willingness to serve others.

There’s something powerful about coming together, using our hands and hearts to help people in need. Our participants are absolutely loving being involved, building confidence, teamwork, and knowing they are making a real impact in someone’s life.

A huge thank you to LegUp for partnering with us and creating opportunities to bring hope, kindness, and practical support to the community. Together we can make a difference, one meal at a time 🙌
