One if the most interesting concepts from the conscious leadership model is to experience the world as an Ally.

How would we live our life if we trusted people and circumstances? What if everyone was there to help you learn and grow?

I am still growing in this space, it’s an odd behaviour for me to trust others due to how I was brought up and were I was born. I’m not wired in this way, but how liberating is it to know that we can modify our neural pathways.

Practicing this helps me be less reactive and welcome what is for me. Being curious helps me create the space for others to learn what I value.

Everyone's Yoga journey is different and not linear, whether you are a beginner, long practitioner or returning to the practice after a break, this workshop is for you.

In this session we will learn alignment fundamentals and solutions to the most common technical challenges beginners and mature yoga practitioners face.

The key 4 themes are:
- Maximising efficiency and outcome from downward facing dog
- How to deal with Chaturanga and upward facing dog
- Stepping from down dog to a lunge or standing pose
- Stride and hip position of standing postures

Also we will visit alternative poses to the above to help strengthen our muscles for a more functional and mobile body.

Excited to announce a NEW WEEKLY class offering starting March 17th @ 5:30p.

Beginners will benefit from being in the right mindset, as we recognise that being an advanced practitioners are not those who can do perfect poses, but rather those that adjust the shapes to fit their own body.

We will flow slowly into the weekend with some nourishing but rich sequences to leave you re-energised after a long week.

The Balinese culture is so vast and meaningful. I take particular note to the balance and acknowledgement of good fortune vs not. They take the shape of ‘Barong and Rangda’ which has been a representation of my trip.

Whilst people have very little they make offerings of gratitude and prayer 3 times a day spending their energy towards a positive life.

I’m leaving purified and literally clean of all impurities from the bottom of my guts with new friends and filled with ʜᴏᴘᴇ ʜᴏᴘᴇ ʜᴏᴘᴇ.
