Celebrating Our 4-Year-Old Kinders! 🎓
Congratulations to our 2025 graduates and their amazing team of kinder teachers and educators from Equip Early Learning Centre and Back to Basics ELC!
What a big year- but also what a fun year!
Our Kindergarten Graduation was filled with excitement, pride, and joy. From beautiful performances to emotional moments, it was heart-warming to see our children shine while families, educators and management celebrated together.
A truly proud milestone for our children as they step into their next journey. We wish them all the very best. 💛

What a wonderful time we had at the library today! 📚 The children did an excellent job of walking to the bus stop, sitting on the bus, crossing the road, and following instructions all the way.
We had a very warm welcome from the librarian Nick, and the children responded very well to all his activities that he had planned for them. The children had various assorted sandwiches for lunch in the library itself.
Learning highlights:
This experience has helped children to develop their understanding of community resources and the importance of libraries.
Children practiced social skills, such as sharing and taking turns, during library activities.
It has enhanced their literacy skills through storytelling and book exploration.
It has encouraged curiosity and a love for reading.
Travelling by bus with their peers and educators.
A huge thank you to our families for entrusting us with children’s care and education.

SWTS is looking for a Centre Manager for one of their Childcare centres. We are passionate about delivering high quality education guided by the Early Years Framework & National Quality Standards catering for children aged 4 months to 6 years to ensure that individual development is being catered for, encouraged & enhanced.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and Experienced Centre Manager to lead our wonderful team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leadership: The Childcare Centre Manager leads and inspires a team of dedicated educators to establish a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.
• Curriculum Development: This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
• Staff Development: The Childcare Centre Manager mentors and guides staff members, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.
• Parent Communication: Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents is essential, ensuring transparency and collaboration in each child's developmental journey.
• Occupancy and Enrolments: Promptly follow up leads and enquiries for enrolments with the aim to maintain Centre full occupancy at all time.
• Safety and Compliance: The Childcare Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring the childcare centre’s adherence to all licensing regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a genuine passion for working with children and ensuring a harmonious working environment for staff.
• Hold a completed Early Childhood Teaching Degree
• Must have experience in managing all aspects of a long day care Centre, including events.
• Be experienced dealing with children 0-5 years old.
• Be confident dealing with parents and families on a day-to-day basis and ensuring highest quality of service delivery.
• Knowledge of the EYLF program, NQF and Assessment & Rating (A&R) Process.
• Be confident in planning and programming.
• Able to develop and implement and maintain effective School Readiness and Quality Educational Program.
• Able to drive and maintain the Centre's Self-Assessment/QIP and make the Centre ready for any Spot Checks and A&R's.
• Have experience of all aspect of Explor.
• Must be able to develop and organise Rosters.
• Hold a current first aid certificate, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis certificate.
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
• Have Child Protection Certificate.
• Hold or willing to obtain Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Have a professional attitude.
