Wimba Assembly
On Monday 25th May at 9:00am in our school GYM, we will be hosting our School Assembly. During the Assembly, we are honoured to welcome our Elders, who will be conducting a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony.

This is a special opportunity for our school community to come together to acknowledge and show respect to the Traditional Custodians of the land, and to celebrate Aboriginal culture and traditions. We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with our students, staff and families.

Education Support Day
Today we celebrate our wonderful Education Support and acknowledge the incredible support they provide to our staff, students and wider school community. Your dedication, care and commitment is truly appreciated and we thank you for the difference you make each and every day.

As we celebrate Mother’s Day this weekend, the staff and students of Wimba Primary School would like to extend our warmest wishes to all the mums, grandmothers, carers, guardians, and special people who play such an important role in the lives of our children.

Thank you for the love, care, encouragement, and support you provide each and every day. Your guidance helps our students grow with confidence, kindness, and resilience, and we are truly grateful for the positive impact you make within our school community.

We hope you enjoy a wonderful Mother’s Day filled with love, appreciation, and special moments shared with family and friends.

📝 Complete and submit your enrolment application by Friday 31 July 2026
