It’s amazing how quickly we can lose our routine… and how quickly our mind convinces us we’ve lost all our progress too.

That’s exactly where I’ve been these past two weeks.

No training.

No structured nutrition.

Way fewer daily steps.

And plenty of self-doubt.

It didn’t take long before I stood in front of the mirror and started picking myself apart.

ā€œI’ve probably lost muscle.ā€

ā€œI’ve probably gained body fat.ā€

ā€œI’ve undone all my hard work.ā€

But when I stepped back and looked at the facts instead of my feelings…

I realised my body hadn’t changed nearly as much as my mind thought it had.

Most of what I was seeing was:

• More fluid.

• Less muscle fullness.

• Lower daily movement.

• A disrupted routine.

Not months of lost progress.

That’s the reminder I needed… and maybe it’s the reminder you need too.

Because two weeks didn’t build your body…

…and they won’t undo it either.

So this week I’m not trying to ā€œmake up for lost time.ā€

I’m simply getting back to the habits that make me feel my best.

ā¤ļø One meal.

šŸ‹ļø One workout.

🚶 One walk.

One day at a time.

After more than 35 years of training and almost 18 years of coaching, you’d think I’d know better…

But even I need this reminder sometimes.

Life doesn’t expect perfection, and neither should we.

If life has thrown you off track recently, don’t wait until Monday.

Just begin. šŸ¤

Have you ever convinced yourself you’d undone all your progress after a week or two off?

I’d love to know I’m not the only one. šŸ¤

I actually think today is a perfect example of something I talk about with clients all the time…

People assume coaches and trainers wake up motivated every day.

We don’t.

Some days I feel tired.
Some days I have a million things on my mind.
Some days I’d rather skip the cardio, rush the workout, or tell myself I’ll do it tomorrow.

Today wasn’t about motivation.
It was about showing up anyway.

āœ”ļø Strength session completed
āœ”ļø Cardio completed
āœ”ļø Steps ticking over
āœ”ļø Hydration, collagen and creatine done
āœ”ļø Another small deposit towards my goals

The reality is that results aren’t built from one perfect week.

They’re built from hundreds of ordinary days where you choose consistency over excuses.

As a coach, I don’t expect my clients to be perfect.
I expect them to keep showing up, especially when life gets busy, stressful or inconvenient.

That’s where real transformation happens.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving your health, navigating perimenopause, or simply feeling comfortable in your own skin again, the secret isn’t finding the perfect plan.

The secret is finding a plan you can stick to.

And if I’m being completely honest, I’m walking that journey alongside you right now.

I’m training for my own goals, managing work, family, study and life just like everyone else.

The difference isn’t that I never struggle.

The difference is that I’ve learned how to keep moving forward when I do.

šŸ¤ If you’ve been waiting for the ā€œright timeā€ to start, consider this your reminder that progress begins with one workout, one walk, one meal, one decision at a time.

If you’re ready for support, accountability and a realistic approach to health and fitness, send me a message.

Let’s build something sustainable together.

Your warm-up sets the standard for your entire session šŸ’Ŗ

It’s not just about breaking a sweat…
It’s about getting your body ready to actually perform.

A solid warm-up can help you:
• Move more freely
• Lift with better technique
• Switch on the right muscles
• Feel stronger from your first set

Keep it simple, keep it purposeful and your training will thank you for it.

What does your warm-up look like? šŸ‘‡

You don’t need to change yourself to feel confident.
You need to see more women who look like you.

✨ My current supplement stack – the Transform & Elevate way ✨

This is the supplement stack I personally use and often talk through with my clients.

Not because you need more things…
But because the right support can make training feel better, more consistent, and far more sustainable.

I’m not about extremes or overloading supplements.
I’m about supporting the body so it can keep showing up - in training and in life.

šŸ’Ŗ Creatine
I use this to support strength, power, and muscle. It’s one of the most researched supplements out there and something I regularly educate clients on, especially as we get older and muscle maintenance becomes more important.

šŸ’¦ Hydration + electrolytes
This is non-negotiable for me. Proper hydration supports energy, recovery, and how you actually feel during training, especially when life is busy and stress is high.

šŸ”„ Acetyl L-Carnitine
I use this for energy and mental clarity. It helps support training without feeling overstimulated or drained.

🌱 Collagen (Protein Water)
This one is about longevity. Joints, tendons, and connective tissue matter just as much as muscle and this helps support the body long term. It’s also a great way to help prop up your protein intake for the day, especially if you struggle to hit your numbers consistently.

šŸ‰ Intra-workout support (Hydreau)
I use this to help maintain energy during sessions so training feels supported, not exhausting.

✨ The bigger picture
This stack supports:
āœ”ļø strength without burnout
āœ”ļø recovery without extremes
āœ”ļø hydration and energy
āœ”ļø consistency you can maintain

Supplements don’t replace food, sleep, or good training.
They simply support the foundations when used with intention.

As always, supplements should be individual to you, your goals, your body, your lifestyle šŸ¤

I haven’t changed careers - but I changed how I coached.
After 18 years in the fitness industry, I’ve learnt that pushing harder isn’t always the answer.
What works is understanding the body better:
• How it moves?
• How it recovers?
• What it needs now?
That’s why my approach brings together strength training, nutrition and hands on bodywork, to support the body as a whole.
I work with women who are done with extremes and want to feel capable, strong and supported- in a way that fits real life.

A few little tweaks to food, training and daily steps in the first week of 2026 and we got a few small changes in the progress photos.
Consistency is my main focuses for this year.

This is how I coach — progress built through repeatable habits, not extremes.
