Moving Forward Qi Gong Qi gong and Bagua Zhang are internal arts in the family of Tai Chi. I have trained Qi gong and Bagua with Shifu Adam Martin for 10 years.

I've also trained with Master Liu Deming and Master Han, in Australia and China.

Tonight: extended warm up, strengthening stances and some Tai Chi movement.
