Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who came to SJKB to our wonderful book parade! It was fantastic to see all the children dressed up with huge smiles on their faces. What a fun way to end our celebration of Book Week!

Congratulations to all 4 Joeys Public Speaking Champions! They did incredibly well and represented our school with pride. A special congrats to Ella who placed Second in Early Stage One and Scarlett who placed Second in Stage 3, and is off to diocesan finals! We are so proud of you girls!

We love our morning fitness activities in 4M! We enjoy circuits, dancing, cardio boxing, tabata or walking/running our beautiful bush tracks. The movement sets us up for a great day.

Last Friday, we had a busy and exciting PB4L Assembly!

Our students took part in a wonderful Grow Your Mind whole-school presentation, with each class sharing what they have learned about the difference between being rude, mean, bullying and conflict. With students exploring how to recognise each situation and how we can respond with respect, empathy and courage.

We also celebrated our Athletics Award recipients and proudly presented another 150 Joey Medal!

It was a fantastic assembly celebrating learning, achievement and the positive choices our students make each day.

Feast of St Mary MacKillop - 8 August

Today we celebrate St Mary MacKillop, Australia’s first saint, who dedicated her life to educating children and serving those in need.

Her legacy continues to inspire us to love, learn and serve each day.

Thank you to our families and parish community who joined us for our St Mary MacKillop liturgy yesterday.
It was wonderful to celebrate together!
