Had so much fun last night 🥰 What a dream to be a back up chick for the phenomenal Asabi E Goodman playing the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin along with my sister from another mister Bernadette Fisher. I'm loving every minute! Incredible 7-piece band, fronted by headliners The Fabulous Blues Brothers and a SOLD OUT crowd. Incredible reviews, full house standing ovation. Thank you Magnifico Live - so blessed. Lots of shows coming up in SEQ! Hope to see you there! 🙌 🥰 🎶

SO proud of this incredible bunch of singers...some stepping onto the stage for the VERY first time and all of them challenging themselves in different ways and stepping out of their comfort zones. I'm so happy to be able to host these Showcase Concerts and provide an opportunity to develop and grow their performance skills. Thank you to those who came and supported these budding local performers - it was such a warm, supportive audience and we all left inspired. Some holidays now, then back to it for Term 3! 🎶🎵💕🌻

Another wonderful Morning with the Stars at City Golf Club Toowoomba today featuring Aussie music legend Issi Dye. What a character! Just wanted to sit with him, a bottle of wine and hear ALL the stories...he would have a few! Still constantly working and turns 80 tomorrow 😳 makes me feel silly for worrying i might be 'getting too old for this'.

Great week full of music! Some behind the scenes snaps! Enjoyed joining The Australian Elvis Band for "Elvis & Aretha" at Pink Flamingo for their final evening 🩷🦩- then hosted incredible entertainer Rodney Vincent this morning at City Golf - he had the crowd in absolute stitches (including me!) In between performances, have been so pleased to hear about some of my students' success winning a heap of awards at Eisteddfods and audition success for local shows! Loving my musical life and always grateful ❤️ 🎶💃
