Sometimes the hardest part of training is getting your butt off the lounge.

Real loyalty is hard to come by. The type of loyalty that doesn’t dissipate with the slightest rumour, mis-information, misunderstanding or bruised ego. I have been lucky to have been able to give such loyalty and also receive it from a small group of dedicated students. Even beyond training their loyalty lives on and I thank them for it. 🙏🦉
