In July, we had the privilege of attending the 50th anniversary Kip McGrath Conference in Sydney, celebrating five decades of helping students build skills, confidence and a belief in what they can achieve.

We were incredibly proud to be nominated for Franchisee of the Year, alongside five other outstanding Kip McGrath franchisees recognised for excellence in English and Maths tutoring.

For us, the nomination means so much because it reflects what we work hard to provide every week at Kip McGrath Swan Hill — not just tutoring, but a genuinely personalised approach to each child.

Every student is different. We take the time to understand where they are, what they need and how they learn best. Our goal is to help them build confidence as well as skills, so they start to believe in themselves and their own ability to succeed.

And just as importantly, we know that supporting a child’s learning means supporting their parents too. We want families to feel informed, listened to and confident that their child is receiving the right support.

We were also thrilled to have our wonderful teacher Rob Waterson representing our centre at the conference, pictured here with the Country Director of APAC.

We may not have taken home the Franchisee of the Year award, but being recognised among some of the very best Kip McGrath centres across the region was a wonderful acknowledgement of our team and everything we care about.
