Understanding how money is earned helps children value it more.
Children often see money being spent, but they may not know where it comes from.

This post teaches a simple lesson: money is usually earned by working, selling something, or helping others with a service.

A mechanic fixes a car and gets paid for the work. The money comes from using skill to help someone solve a problem.

Learning this early helps children connect effort with money. It also helps them understand that money is not endless and that earning it takes time, skill, and work.

Ask your child: “What jobs do people in our family do to earn money?”
