Trying to decide whether to use Dumbbells or Barbells?
Not sure about cable systems?
There are a multitude of functional apparatus to use, and just as many if not more movements to perform.
The key is to create a program that incorporates all of the above, and finding the balance that will allow you to maximise the results.
