💜 You found us and we don't think that's an accident. 💜

I'm Renee, mum of two, dancer, forever a student of life. For over a decade I have been teaching in person, in circle and in community. I am so deeply grateful I have now grown my wings and get to expand that into this beautiful online realm. 🌿

Through sound healing, singing, breath, somatic practice, dance, sacred ceremonies, energy work, manifesting, toning, affirmations, gratitude, journalling, wholefoods, toxin free living and a deep devotion to conscious living, I have built a toolkit that is rich, real and transformative. 🎶🌬️💫🌿

As the founder of Thriving in Nature Mindfulness Co-op and Pure Oils Natural Health & Wellness, this work isn't something I do. It's who I am. 🌱

So I created The Sacred Gatherings, a space to walk alongside you, share what has genuinely changed my life, and let you discover what resonates with you. Weaving sacred daily practices into real, everyday life. 🕊️

This is where the physical, emotional and spiritual meet. Where healing is honoured. Where you are seen, held and reminded of how magnificent you already are. 💜✨

And woven through all of it, community. Because something truly magical happens when souls gather with intention. For connection, joy, laughter and growth. Together we go deeper than we ever could alone. 🌸🤍

The feedback from our Sacred Gathering last Sunday is in and honestly, we’re still floating. 🥹💜

Three beautiful souls. Three 5-star experiences. And words that remind us exactly why we do this.

✨ Rebekah called it “enriching, multifaceted, warm and humorous” — and said our facilitators are “genuine about helping others take a pause and honour themselves.”

🌿 Faith loved the sounds, the warmth — and is now doing foot reflexology with her son. The ripple effect is everything.

💯 Trish said it was “next level” — and that after spinal aromatherapy, she left with her heart full and a reminder that “self love and care is an absolute.”

This is The Sacred Gatherings. A space to breathe, reconnect and remember yourself.
