What a fabulous Friday Funday morning at Ballyrinn Farm ✨

A beautiful group of ladies came together this morning to build confidence, have a laugh, and enjoy some fun with obstacles alongside their horses. It’s always so special watching riders support each other, step outside their comfort zones, and leave smiling 💛

We finished the session with morning tea including Helens famous homemade brownies, while soaking up the peaceful atmosphere — honestly, no one wanted to leave!

A huge thank you to Jen and Marty for hosting us at the absolutely stunning facilities at Ballyrinn Farm. Such a gorgeous space to learn, connect, and enjoy time with our horses 🐴🌿

Can’t wait for the next one!

This pic so beautifully represents the support and encouragement that is provided to riders and their horses by our amazing presenters.

It’s our vibe!!

Read on to check out the core Values of TEC.

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬
At the heart of The Equine Collective is a shared commitment to putting the horse first - in every conversation, demonstration, and decision. These values guide how we come together, how we teach and learn, and how we honour the horses who make it all possible.

𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞-𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬
The wellbeing of the horse comes before all else.

Every session, discussion and demonstration honours the horse’s physical, emotional, and energetic needs. We believe learning should always enhance, not compromise, the horse’s experience.

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
We celebrate diversity in knowledge and approach.
The Equine Collective is a space for open minds - where professionals learn with and from each other in the spirit of mutual respect and curiosity.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭
We engage with honesty, professionalism, and care - for horses, humans, and the environment we share.
Kindness, safety, and ethical practice are at the foundation of every interaction.

𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠
We value the subtleties - the quiet communication, the pauses, and the awareness that deepens true connection.
Our learning is guided by observation, feel, and reflection as much as by skill and technique.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
We believe that shared passion creates shared purpose.
The Equine Collective is about connection - between people, between disciplines, and between horse and human - creating a community built on trust, empathy, and the love of learning.

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
We come together not just to teach, but to evolve.
Each voice, experience, and insight contributes to something larger - a collective shift towards better understanding, better welfare, and better horsemanship for the future.
