Running! In particular sprinting! Why it’s so beneficial and powerful for you, your fitness and health and results in the gym and majority of sports and muscular/power aesthetic goals.

Sprinting has been a fundamental god given ability since the dawn of time when we first learnt to run on two legs!

It cross transfers into multiple different sports and energy system conditioning and requirements of fitness that can be beneficial to a lot of different areas of your body including:

•development of cross uni and bi lateral co-ordinates movement patterns,
•improved reaction time and agility
•development of power and speed into all limbs and core stability and control while in fast velocity movement.
•Increased natural bio available free testosterone
•increased natural ghrh and growth hormone
•increased muslce contractility and rigidity of Achilles tendons.
• increased work intensity output and recovery.

If you want to utilise a form of cardio that reaps all these benefits instead of just jumping on a treadmill for a jog I highly recommend sprinting or boxing and if you want to learn either of these from me I am ready and able to coach you in either!

I am currently running every Saturday morning 7:00 am at the grass area before Alex surf club skate park sprinting bootcamp workshops on how to optimise your running technique and improve your sprinting speed and performance!

Was an epic workout I ran on the weekend for fitness challenge! Had 4 stations for the first part
1.boxing

Interesting fitness fact of the day. If you train more often within 48 hrs of your last session it will increase your muscle growth and results faster and if you only do a session every 72 hrs it's only maintaining your fitness and progress in goal results.
Visit your specific training frequently rather than in large blocks less often.
Any longer than that and your body starts to detrain and loose conditioning and muscle mass. Have a great day and get fit and active today! Even if it's small just elevate the heart rate for abit today and see how much different and better your body will feel afterwards! I just went for a 4 k run this morning along the beach in the rain was lovely haha.

What a work of art. Frank zaine one of the best physiques ever in classic bodybuilding. His body has been crafted by dedication, consistency, perseverance, will power, indomitable spirit & shear determination. These are some of the characteristics all men and woman can aspire to work and improve on in life on the daily whether it's in training or other components of your life. It looks as if he has been carved into stone like David. So much detail and lean striation.

Shower selfies :') my training goals are taking me constantly towards bettering my physique, fitness, skills & speed & strength. Now to change my program up abit and it's increasing in volume also. Will be doing more strength/ power lifting, 3-4 days a week, 3 hiit full body session under 20/30 mins a week and 3 to 4 track and sprint sessions. Excited to see where my body will go. Will put on a few more kg though it's going to be a lot more useful and applicable to my power and strength production.

Yeww! Had a wicked time down at manhunt model comp on the weekend! Unfortunately didn't win, however had a brilliant night and heaps of fun! Met some really top lads and amazing people ! Such a great experience and will be doing some more exciting competitions and events like this soon! Keep your eyes open and watch this space! Yew!
