Hi! Happy New Year! Happy Australia Day! Happy Easter! Facebook has taken a big back seat the last few months so hence minimal posts! Life off FB is actually really refreshing! Along with sunshine, beach swims, handstands, monkey bars, cold water submersion, walks and being present!
Let's make 2018 the best Yet! 👌🏼

Gee it's been a while since posting here! So here is a REAL post because life has been a little bit crazy this last month or more!
My dad took ill ( more ill than before ) on the 10th June and he didn't really recover and passed away yesterday 16/7/17 age 71 😔
So during this time my energy levels took a massive dive and so did motivation to get to the gym!
Training had been only 2x a week in the gym, but a couple of other activities per week made up for it! Nutrition has been good because I choose to nourish with every bite! As a result there has been no blow out because taking care of ones self is still extremely important when life gets tough👊🏼 Do not use yourself as a punching bag or even a Bin for that matter!

It's super exciting and a huge thrill to try something new! Wandering outside that comfort zone is highly recommended 😝 After 6 years competing as a fitness/ figure competitor with inba it was time to give WBFF a go! BOY WAS IT FUN 😎 A win and a 2nd in my two 35+ categories made the experience even more epic ❤️

Over 12months ago I started playing with handstands! Yes I got dizzy Yes my wrists hurt Yes I was hopeless!! BUT persistence and determination always prevails! NEVER to old to give something new a go OR even re-visit childhood PLAY!!! Movement is imperative and so is mobility
Loss of mobility is inevitable if you don't continue to work on it👌🏼

So officially 44 now! It's 4 years since starting this page! Apologies for a shortage of posts🤷🏼‍♀️ My Bad! So this unfiltered CLOSE up with a decent amount of make up for me and asymmetrical eye brows 😂😂😂 was for a spontaneous photo shoot the other day! SO Excited for the images 🙈 But new more permanent eye brows would be AWESOME 😝
