What rocked my world today? This little man did his first #2 in the toilette - yayyyy 😄 gotta laugh about the things that get me excited these days compared to what excited my mid 20s single self haha... Gosh he is growing up...

A fellow wise Mama once told me this and I find it so incredibly true. When my cup is full mothering comes so much easier. I am more patient and loving, the tantrums, the broken sleep, the never ending mess don’t bother me and my positivity seems to reflect on the whole family. And the same thing is true when I feel depleted, this also seems to spread like a virus through the family. And when this happens I always remember what that wise mama told me about us mums being the emotional compass. Its a responsibility in itself and not a small one ... Here’s to us Mums doing and amazing job with all those big and small responsibilities that come with motherhood 👍🌈👏🎉
