Hi! My name is Tracey and I am the face behind Thrive Together Co. Working with children and their families to improve their relationships with themselves and each other is my passion. My speciality is working in the paediatric sector, coaching and supporting children to live their best lives based on their own personal goals. I have a an individualised skill set as I have personal lived experience as a mumma of a child who has Adhd, Autism and a child who has ADHD and EDS. I have 15 years experience as primary school teacher, and 2 years experience as a homeschooling facilitator, 2 years working as an allied health assistant and a 2 years experience in the support industry. Supporting your child’s education and learning can be really challenging. I feel like this is why it so important that as a mum I have a team of people helping to support my little ones but also me as their parent. ❤️
