Appreciating Teamwork! Reflections on high performing teams nationally.

Firstly there is inspiration, then challenge, creativity; then impact.

ACT Teams working across NSW Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia delivered  to varied audiences from 1000 to 50 as we completed exciting programs on stages large and small. Congratulations to our leadership team including writers and directors Todd Levi, Graeme Rhodes, Dr.Andy Harmsen and the amazing cast and crew bringing safety issues to life.

AMAZING welcome and feedback from our Pilbara audience – thank you !

HINDSIGHT!

So there’s flying, driving, finding and building a door in each location and those BRILLIANT actors remembering all their lines – and as the story unfolds, fantastic reflection and discussions in the workshop from the participants. And the catering is good too!

We’ve received over 180 individual comments of positive feedback from the two regional stops Bunbury and Port Hedland so far, and can’t wait for Kalgoorlie and Leonora next.

- Kalgoorlie: October 21st, WASM Campus auditorium, entrance on McDonald Street, 2 sessions 0900-11.30am and 1.00pm – 3.30

- Leonora: October 23rd, Leonora Rec centre 1.00pm -3.30pm

This is a free program made possible by the support of the MARS Program from LGIRS (Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety)

Psychosocial Safety is a tough subject to bring in an engaging way to our mining industry workforce – and we seem to be hitting the mark with this incredible story that works for all levels and parts of the organisations.

Touring is a privilege when.. You and the team realise you have delivered!

Ourselves and the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) MARS Program are proud of the work we have done and the amazing feedback we have been receiving in the regions is what really makes it worthwhile.

We have over 180 messages of support and positive feedback after just 2 regional shows and here we come.

"An amazing performance! Super insightful and an excellent way to educate people on psychosocial hazards in the mining industry."

"The storytelling aspect presented in a way that was engaging and digestible for everyone. This was a fantastic initiative and I wish more of our workforce had attended."

"Fantastic initiative that will be relevant for all levels of the organisation."

We have had terrific support so far from , and a bus booked by for Leonora.

Leonora 📣 we need a few more to confirm 22nd October – bring your teams for a great Safe Work Month experience!
