Dear Members and Competitors,

Due to the forecast of rain on Saturday and potentially Storms with lightning Sunday, the Committee has made the decision to cancel this weekend’s competition.

This decision has not been made lightly.

The safety and wellbeing of both our horses and riders.
Let’s hope September weather will be kinder…but it’s Winter ☺️

Just a little note to ALL competitors. Last month we had quite a few scratchings that we weren't notified about. So please, for the sake of your fellow competitors, your judges and your committee, let us know if you are not coming!
Please sign in when you get to the grounds, this really does help!

Please do not use our FB messenger, as a lot of the time the messages are not seen on the day.
Even if it's a really late scratching we need to know! It helps the day run smoothly and quickly.

Allocated bridle numbers must be worn at all times as allocated via the draw.

EA membership is now open for SA members so please renew and attach a CURRENT copy of your EA membership with your July entries if you are not a current AHDC member.

Riders who have already entered with expired membership will be contacted by text today and asked to email proof of current 2026-2027 membership by this Friday evening so they can be included in the draw.
