Before & After School Care at SWPS

Looking for a safe, welcoming and fun place for your child before or after school? Our OSHC program is here to make those busy mornings and afternoons a little easier for families!

With Before School Care from 7:00am and After School Care until 6:00pm, our wonderful educators provide a relaxed environment where children can play, create, spend time with friends and enjoy a range of activities.

And we know evenings can be busy! If you would like our educators to help your child complete their nightly reading while they are at After School Care, please have a chat with the team. We’re more than happy to support families where we can.

CCS applies, making care even more affordable for eligible families.

Sometimes that little bit of extra support at the end of the school day can make the evening at home just that little bit easier.

🍿 Movie, popcorn and plenty of smiles! 🎬

There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly popped popcorn to kick off a fun afternoon at SWPS OSHC! Today our children enjoyed making their own popcorn before settling in for a movie, with plenty of friendly games of noughts and crosses adding to the fun.

Our Before and After School Care program is so much more than just care – it’s a safe, welcoming place where children can relax after a busy school day, build friendships, explore their interests and enjoy engaging activities with our incredible educators. Every afternoon is designed to help children feel happy, supported and at home.

Whether you’re working, have appointments, need to run errands or simply need a little extra flexibility, we’re here to help with a reliable, high-quality service your children will love.

Today we celebrate OSHC Educators Day, a day dedicated to recognising the amazing people who make Outside School Hours Care such a special part of our school community.

At SWPS, we are incredibly fortunate to have a team of passionate, caring and dedicated educators who go above and beyond every single day. A heartfelt thank you goes to Paigen, Cestyll, Tyler, Jade, India, Jaz, Paula, Anthony and Amy for the dedication, enthusiasm and genuine care you bring to our children and families each and every day.

From early morning smiles to busy afternoons filled with games, creative experiences, adventures and laughter, you create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels they belong.

Your commitment to building positive relationships, nurturing confidence and encouraging children to learn through play has a lasting impact that extends far beyond the hours of our program. What a fun-filled day we had at Vacation Care for our student-free day! 🎉

A big thank you to our amazing educators for creating such a fun, safe and engaging environment for our children. Your energy, care and creativity make every day special.

Just a reminder to families that there will be no Vacation Care during the school holidays due to our upcoming building works.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing break, and we look forward to welcoming our OSHC families back on Monday 13th July for Before and After School Care.
