Want to take home a free book? Come to the mystery book givaway hosted by the UQ English and Literature Society, the UQ Advanced Humanities society and the UQ Minorities in Media society. We have stacks of books wrapped up in packaging with only little clues to tell you what's inside. Simply judge a book by it's wrapped cover and adopt it! It's also a great place to meet fellow story-lovers and new friends. We would really love to see you there.

UQEELS and QUT Book Club invite you to participate in the greatest trivia showdown of the year. We are looking to give out a special prize for the best-read university in Brisbane by having some teams ready to rep their uni on the 21st of August!

Tickets are free and food is provided! A prize will be awarded to the individual team that scores the most points, and bragging rights for the university that they represent!

🗓️ When: Friday August 21st from 5PM onwards
📌 Where: QUT Kelvin Grove, room KG-O-B426

Get your trivia team together, or just bring yourself and make some new friends! All skill levels are valued and we look forward to seeing you there! If you can, please RSVP by the link in our bio to help us with food alocation.
