We're having a literary themed game night, only, it's in the mid afternoon for us tired, exam stressed students who don't want to stay out late! Come and hang out for a couple of hours and play book themed board games!

Come join us for some relaxing bookmark making! We will be bringing the craft supplies, so just come and hang out, and then go home with your special handmade bookmark for your favourite book! We'll be meeting at the Great Court at St Lucia, UQ. We hope to see you there!

Hi EELS friends, we've had to make a few changes to our semester one calendar.
We now have some very fun events planned for the rest of the semester, so take a moment from stressful assignments to meet some fellow book lovers! So mark your calendars because we can't wait to see you at the events

Want to take home a free book? Come to the mystery book givaway hosted by the UQ English and Literature Society, the UQ History Society and the UQ Writing Society. We have stacks of books wrapped up in packaging with only little clues to tell you what's inside. No need for you to do anything, simply judge a book by it's wrapped cover and adopt it! We would really love to see you there.

Our next bookclub is comming up, and our novell is "Naked Lunch" by William S. Burroughs
