Acacia would like to wish all a happy lunar new year. The year of the snake is a symbol of wisdom, intuition and transformation. As a tradition we gathered together to share a meal, do some lion dancing and cut the watermelon. We were all hoping for it to be bright red so it will bring us fortune in 2025.

Today, Acacia celebrated National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day by participating in a flag raising ceremony amongst many more activities.

Our local tooth fairy has come to show our children how to look after their teeth.

Today our children were able to learn about Taiko drums and participate in playing on them, part of our Japanese cultural program.
