Tonight I treated my man to Lux at Hoyts. Yes, I picked the movie, but he got to enjoy the reclining seats, free popcorn, and my company so he still loved it 😉

I love adding a mix of dates to suit you and your partner best and art is such a good thing to do together. It's especially good as you can both do your own thing and pick which medium you like best but can spend time together without technology.

I sent this one off the other day. It's always fun personalizing the label and researching dates for people. I've built up a huge list of ideas now that I'll have to organise somehow.

Last night I had a craft date with my mum! Sometimes its important to take some time to sit and create. We made a beautiful Christmas bunting for our Christmas in July dinner. It took us two sessions but I loved the time with her. It's important to nourish the non-romantic relationships in life too.

Keep warm inside with an at home date night. I have plenty in my date jars, ready to pick out and snuggle in for. This is also a good way to have a less expensive date if you're trying to spend less or saving for something special.

I would love to get people's opinions on hot air balloon rides as a date. I have had some people say they would never and others who think it's a brilliant (albeit slightly more expensive) date idea. Let me know whether you would love to go for one or if it's a little out of your comfort zone!
