For many years, NESLI has operated alongside our sister brand, Women & Leadership Australia, to deliver high-impact leadership and wellbeing programs. Now, we will be operating as a single brand - Women & Leadership Australia.

NESLI is joining Women & Leadership Australia because it is well-positioned to support meaningful development opportunities to shift the culture and enhance inclusive leadership within Australian schools.

Within schools, gender inequity continues to hold women back from leadership positions. While most teachers are women, most leadership positions in schools are still held by men. And our recent research revealed that gender discrimination, unconscious bias, and a lack of flexible work arrangements are keeping women out of leadership positions.

Women & Leadership Australia will continue to deliver events, and public leadership programs, as well as offering organisation-wide development and wellbeing-focused solutions for schools, school groups, and education departments around the country.
