JEM - Muscle Release Therapy

It’s a common misconception, however the EMMETT Technique is NOT massage! 🙅‍♀️

While both can leave you feeling relaxed, they work in very different ways and can complement one another.

The EMMETT Technique is a unique neuromuscular release method which, unlike massage that involves long, kneading strokes to manipulate tissue, uses light finger pressure on specific critical points.

These points act as switches, sending an immediate signal to the brain via the nervous system to:
🔹 Release muscle tension
🔹 Improve range of motion
🔹 Reset muscle memory

It’s fast gentle, and can even be performed through clothing!

Emmett Technique is a neuromuscular therapy that can assist your horse and humans. The one day workshop provides hands on learning. I attended this workshop several years ago and was amazed at the changes that I felt, and the changes that I saw in my own horses. I continued on with my levels to become a practitioner as well as a tutor for the workshops.
