Culture doesn’t just happen. It’s built. 💚

It’s built in the moments no one sees.
The planning. The conversations. The little details. The big ideas.
The way we welcome our students.
The way we support our team.
The way we celebrate, encourage, listen and lead.

Behind every class, every event, every smile and every Prodigy moment is a team working intentionally to create something that feels bigger than dance.

Because for us, it’s never just been about teaching steps.

It’s about creating a place where every child feels seen, valued, heard and part of a family.

This is what it takes to build the Prodigy culture.
And we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💚✨

To end our competition season, we asked our troupe students what their favourite part of being in troupe was while making a Lolly Salad 🍭🍬

There are so many incredible elements to our competition teams that provide our students with the opportunity to shine on and off the stage 💚🖤
