I'm in awe of the privilege it is to provide Reflexive Professional Supervision to those who support others. This includes educators and leaders in Early Childhood Education and Care, Chaplains, Pastoral Carers, Case Workers, Team leaders and more.
If you'd like to know more DM message and if there is enough interest I'll do an online introductory session for a small group early August. So think about it now for 2026.

Well hello
How are you?
I'm great. A full life, sometimes overflowing in good, and sometimes tricky ways.
I want to share some exciting news. As many know I work casually as an Early Childhood Teacher, volunteer in an Op Shop, provide some free things here and there, mentor ECEC educators through the Front Project and do a tiny bit of consulting occasionally as well as provide Reflexive Professional Supervision.
I'm about to embark on a great love of mine even more as a Reflexive Professional Supervisor. I'll be a casual supervisor with Anglicare in NSW supporting incredible practitioners in varied work spaces. HAPPY NEW YEAR
It's been a while as I returned to casual teaching, whilst also supporting others in Reflective Professional Supervision. If you don't know what this is check out this write up. Whilst it is in the context of schools and principals and ed leaders in the school context, this is relevant for anyone in Early Childhood. I've supported Directors and Teachers through Reflective Professional Supervision and it has been a game changer for them.
