Bullied Teachers while Working for Dept of Education

Sorry I haven't posted but we have been bullied by a local Community Radio Station so it's not only Education Departments who are Bullies.

Well I thought I no longer had to defend myself due to totally unfounded accusations and lies. But I have every right to defend myself against baseless and unfounded accusations.

Sure I have been posting about Narcissists but there are those that don't know or care about the fact that since 2013 I have helped many Teachers defend themselves against narcissists and bullies and my friends all know that absolutely NO WAY am I even remotely associated with narcissists at all and definitely I am not one at all. These posts made are totally general in nature and are aimed generally against all narcissists and I have NOT named anybody at all in these posts so they are NOT aimed at all against any particular individual or individuals.

Those making these unfounded accusations have not supplied any evidence at all for the basis of their accusations. Accusations made in Facebook Groups that I am no longer a member of.

Just like those who have accused me of threatening and frightening people. Once again actions that are totally unfounded and unjustified. These actions are in fact the actions of a narcissist.

Indeed The Australian Human Rights Commission has stated that my actions in defending Penny and Seeking Justice for Penny is my Human Right as Her Carer and the Discrimination and Victimization against me is a clear Breach of My Human Rights and are processing my Complaint accordingly. The fact remains that Formal Complaints raised against those people involved have not been acknowledged and have not been actioned at all. One Has to ask why is it so or are they actually guilty?

So those making accusations against me either cease such accusations or provide full detailed evidence because there is none.

Which One is Fraser Coast FM? It Has To Be Power and Control Right?

Last Night The Management Committee of Fraser Coast FM had great pleasure to Terminate me as a Member yet I was only Protecting and Helping a Lady with a Disability.
The reasons they used for my termination were totally frivolous and totally lacked Evidence.
Yet on the 20th May 24 they allowed members to verbally attack and abuse a Lady with a disability. Suggest you ALL ask them why there hasn't been a completely independent investigation into the events of the 20th May 24?
Shift Notes went out into the community after the events of the 20th May 24 and those Shift Notes stated “Penny felt defeated and saddened by the Meeting. The people were very rude and questioned Penny's Disability, they laughed and muttered under their breath while Penny was trying to talk.”
So here you have people who questioned a person's disability and were rude to a person with a disability yet absolutely NO ACTION at all has been taken against them.
So what do they do? Immediately stop me from doing radio shows, radio shows which were my Respite from looking after Penny and Radio Shows where I have 5000 followers on another page.
Penny raised complaints against all those involved on the 28th June 24 and they have done absolutely nothing.

Bullies exist Everywhere especially in Volunteer Associations Too !!!

"As many of you may be aware, I suffered a nervous breakdown last year due to continued harassment and bullying in my workplace. My recovery has been hard and slow going and unfortunately, i still have a long way to go. I was an inpatient over the last school holidays and upon settling in to my room. I received an email from the DET that I was going to be fired and placed on a 'do not employ list'. This email was then followed soon after by one from NESA which informed me that my teaching accreditation was going to be cancelled.
In essence, my career and personal character has been destroyed by a boss who wanted me out of the way because I wasn't paddling in his canoe. I had the nerve to try and stand up for myself and do the job I had been employed for, not what they had changed my job in to, a literary teacher, for which I had no training, experience or support - not to mention no interest
17yrs as a teacher accounts for very little. 8 weeks wage compensation to be more precise. My record destroyed because apparently the new buzz words to use now are "incompetent and unfit and unsafe around children" my mental health shattered along with my sense of self and identity.
Ironically, the DET is advertising for retraining opportunities for people wishing to be teacher librarians. Maybe if they investigated cases of bullying and harassment instead of ignoring all evidence to the contrary including IME reports. and blaming the victims, the teacher retention rate would increase. "

Anybody receiving a Letter from PES asking you to Resign immediately contact a Solicitor such as Ian Collins in Katoomba NSW. Obviously this only applies to those in NSW.

Can I Ask a Big Favour Please?
Penny was discriminated against, bullied and abused at the General Meeting of Fraser Coast FM on the 20th May 24 and the Management Committee has done nothing at all against those responsible.
Can everyone please email [email protected] saying that you just heard about the horrible treatment of Penny at the Meeting and that ALL those responsible must be dismissed or resign from the Association?
Also please say that resulting from their actions against Penny that you no longer listen to the radio station at all.
Also that those involved in any way on the Management Committee of the station should immediately resign from the Management Committee.
Please do not say where you live.
