We’re looking forward to celebrating the wonderful dads, grandads, step-dads, uncles, carers, father figures and special role models in the lives of our students! 💚

🥓🍳☕ Come along and join us for our Father’s Day Breakfast at St Patrick’s.

⏰ 8:00am start

Enjoy a yummy breakfast, a cuppa and some special time together before the school day begins. 🥰

We know that special people come in many different forms, so all father figures and significant role models are warmly invited to join us.

🌟 WEEK 7 – BIG WEEK AHEAD! 🌟

Hold onto your hats, St Patrick’s — we’ve got a busy, fun-filled week coming our way! 💙💚

📚 Book Week is here, so get those costumes ready! Our Dress-Up Parade is Thursday at 9am on the Blue Court and everyone is welcome to come along, dress up and join in the fun! 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️📖✨ We’ll also enjoy some Book Week activities throughout the day.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Then on Friday, we’re off to Donald for Athletics Day! Students, don’t forget your sports uniform, runners, drink bottle and plenty of energy! Please remember there will be NO lunch orders on Friday.

🥣 Breakfast Club, lunch clubs, Kara Court, kinder visits, assembly and plenty more are all squeezed into the week too!

It’s going to be one of those weeks where we’ll need to hold on tight and enjoy the ride! 😄

Yesterday, students enjoyed an engaging incursion with GMW Water, learning about the importance of water and how we can all help to protect this precious resource.

Our Grade 1/2 students took part in We Are Water Warriors, exploring ways to use water wisely and care for our environment.

Our Grade 5/6 students participated in Water for Health & Environment, learning about the importance of water for our health, communities and natural environment.

A big thank you to GMW Water for visiting our school and helping our students develop a greater understanding of the importance of water!

📚 Book Week Dress Up Parade! 📚

We’re excited to celebrate Book Week with our annual Dress Up Parade on Thursday 27th August at 9:00am on the Blue Court.

Students are invited to come dressed as a favourite book character, and we warmly invite parents, families and community members to come along and join in the fun too — you’re even welcome to dress up! 🌟📖

We’d love to see lots of familiar faces there as we celebrate the magic of books, imagination and creativity together.

🌟 WEEK 6 – TERM 3 🌟

Another busy week ahead at St Patrick’s! 💙
This week we recognise National Science Week 🧪🔬 and Bullying No Way: National Week of Action 🧡, with lots happening across the school.

A few highlights from our weekly schedule:
⭐ Monday – Assembly at 2:30pm and our National Bullying No Way online session
📚 Tuesday – Reading Lunch Club
🥣 Wednesday – Breakfast Club, Sports Uniform and our Grade 3 students are off to the Mad Science Show 🧪
🧱 Thursday – Lego Lunch Club
🥣 Friday – Breakfast Club, lunch orders available and Sports Uniform

We also have our different Lunch Clubs running throughout the week, giving students lots of opportunities to connect, create and have some fun together.

🏃‍♀️🏃 St Patrick’s Athletics Day 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
What a fantastic day we had at our Athletics Carnival! 🌟

Well done to all of our students for the wonderful way you participated, encouraged one another and gave every event your best effort. We were very lucky with the weather, with some beautiful sunshine making an appearance throughout the day! ☀️

A huge thank you to all of our parents, families and helpers who came along to support our students and assisted throughout the day. Days like these wouldn’t be possible without the wonderful support of our school community.

A very special mention and huge thank you to Mr Clohesy for the enormous amount of work he put into preparing and organising everything for the day. There is so much that happens behind the scenes to make our Athletics Carnival possible, and we are very grateful for all his time and effort. 👏

We also extend a big thank you to all of our staff for their work throughout the day and in the lead-up to the carnival. From setting up, running events, supporting and encouraging students, recording results and helping everything run smoothly, it was a wonderful team effort. 💚

🏆 Congratulations to Team Xavier, who were victorious and crowned our overall Athletics Carnival champions! Well done on a fantastic team effort!

We also congratulate all of our Age Group Champions on their outstanding achievements throughout the day. 🥇🏅

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see so many smiles, plenty of encouragement, great sportsmanship and students having a go and supporting their teammates.

Well done to everyone on a fantastic Athletics Day! 👏☀️🌟

We’re heading into another busy and exciting week at St Patrick’s! 💙💛

🏃‍♀️ School Athletics Carnival is happening this week, and we’re keeping everything crossed for some beautiful weather! ☀️🤞 We can’t wait to see our students get involved, have a go, cheer each other on and show plenty of sportsmanship, courage and school spirit!

📚 We also have our Peek into Prep session, lunch club activities, Kara Court visit and plenty more happening across the week.

Today we celebrate and thank our Acting Principal, Miss Tillig, for her outstanding leadership, dedication and care for our school community.

Your willingness to step into the role and go above and beyond throughout Terms 2 and 3 has been truly appreciated by students, staff and families alike.

Your calm, compassionate leadership and unwavering commitment to St Patrick's have made a real difference, and we are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated member of our team.
